What Is Flexitarian?

If you’ve heard of pescatarian and vegetarian, you might be wondering where a flexitarian fits into the equation. The word is a combination of flexible and vegetarian, because this is someone who regularly eats a more plant-based diet, but incorporates meat into their diets occasionally.

These tacos fit perfectly into this category. Made with black beans and lots of vegetables, including corn, cabbage and more, these tacos are mostly veggie-based. We’ve included just 1/2 pound of extra-lean beef to satisfy the meat-eaters in the crowd. Adding hearty Success® Brown Rice and black beans makes for a complete protein and therefore, extra filling tacos that you can add as much, or as little, beef to as you choose.
