Turn fluffy, fragrant Success® Jasmine Rice into an Asian-inspired snack with this uncomplicated recipe.
Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions. Allow to cool slightly.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce and salt together.
Step 3
Start to shape the rice. First wet hands to prevent sticking. Take a portion of rice and flatten it in your palm. Place a spoonful of the tuna mix in the center of the rice and form the rice around the filling. Gently press to form a triangle.
Step 4
Wrap a strip of nori around the bottom of the onigiri. Sprinkle furikake on top. Repeat until all the rice and filling is used.
