  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 3 green onion, cut in thirds
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, unseeded
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 2 Tbsps pine nuts, toasted
  • 3 Tbsps fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
