Step 1: Prepare rice according to package directions. Add bouillon cubes to water.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat half of oil over medium heat. Add sausage and cook for 3 minutes or until browned. Cook in batches if needed. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Step 3: Heat the remaining olive oil on medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add onions, carrots, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 4: Stir in sauerkraut and celery seeds and cook for 1 minute.
Step 5: Add cooked rice and sausage and fully combine all ingredients.
