Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Sticky Rice
  • 2 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sushi-grade salmon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup avocado, diced
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Step 1 

    Prepare rice according to package directions. 

    Step 2  

    In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, ponzu, and sesame oil together. Set aside. 

    Step 3 

    Divide rice, salmon, edamame, pineapple, carrots, cucumbers, avocado, and sesame seeds between two bowls. Use the rice as the base and place each ingredient in their own section. 

    Step 4 

    Drizzle ponzu mixture on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
