One Pan Dumpling Bake with Sticky Rice

One Pan Dumpling Bake with Sticky Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Sticky Rice
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp soy and teriyaki sauce, store-bought or homemade (see recipe tips below)
  • 3/4 cup Thai Style red curry sauce
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 pack frozen dumplings
  • Crunchy chili oil
  • Green onions, julienned
  • Black sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Step 1 

    Preheat oven to 400 °F. Prepare rice according to package directions. 

    Step 2  

    In casserole dish, mix coconut cream, soyaki sauce, red curry sauce, garlic, and sesame oil together until fully blended. 

    Step 3 

    Place dumplings in sauce, and cover with foil. Bake for 35 minutes. 

    Step 4 

    Top with chili oil, green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve over/alongside rice. 

    Recipe Tip 

    How to Make homemade Soyaki Sauce: 

    • 1/2 cup soy sauce 
    • 1/4 cup honey 
    • 2 tbsp rice vinegar 
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil 
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
    • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated 
    • 1 tsp pineapple juice (optional for added sweetness and acidity) 
    • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (optional for thickening)
