Step 1: Preheat oven to 400ºF. Prepare rice according to package directions.
Step 2: Cover fish with olive oil, season with 2 1/2 tsp of salt. Place fish on a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, 1/2 lime juice, remaining salt, and pepper.
Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk the remaining lime juice, BBQ sauce, cumin and paprika together.
Step 5: In a separate medium bowl, toss the cooked rice, shredded cabbage, and BBQ sauce mixture together. Let the coleslaw sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Step 6: Top cooked fish with mango salsa and serve with rice mixture.
