Step 1: Preheat grill over medium heat or around 375ºF.
Step 2: Prepare rice according to package directions.
Step 3: Rub olive oil over the salmon filets, covering completely. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl, and sprinkle on the salmon.
Step 4: Grill salmon skin side up first for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 5: Serve over a bed of rice with a lemon wedge.
