Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 salmon filets, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp dried thyme
  • 4 lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat grill over medium heat or around 375ºF.

  • Step 2: Prepare rice according to package directions.

  • Step 3: Rub olive oil over the salmon filets, covering completely. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl, and sprinkle on the salmon.

  • Step 4: Grill salmon skin side up first for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  • Step 5: Serve over a bed of rice with a lemon wedge.
