Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Pearl couscous
  • 4 cups milk or coconut milk
  • 2 Fiji or Honeycrisp apples, cored and diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • May require additional ingredients.

Instructions

  • Delicately sweet and satisfying, this fruit and couscous dish is delicious first thing or as a light dessert. Up the decadence with a scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt. 

    Step 1 

    Prepare pearl couscous according to package directions. Replace water with milk. 

     Step 2 

    In a large bowl, combine pearl couscous, apples, and cinnamon. 

     Step 3 

    Top with cranberries and walnuts, if using. Drizzle with honey, if using.
