Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Tri-Color Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana, peeled & sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare quinoa according to package directions. Allow to cool completely.

  • Step 2: Place half a bag of cooked quinoa in a blender with the strawberries, banana, mango, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth and lump free.
