Ingredients

  • 2 bags Success® Sticky Rice
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional garnish)
  • green onions, sliced (optional garnish)

Instructions

    Step 1

    Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

    In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Set aside.

    Step 3

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper, then cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and mostly cooked through.

    Step 4

    Pour the sauce over the chicken. Stir well to coat and let it simmer for 3 minutes until it thickens and becomes sticky and glossy.

    Step 5

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
