  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 small cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 small cucumber, finely diced

Instructions

  • A Success® Sticky Rice dish that tastes as good as it looks, this stunner can be assembled in just 15 minutes.

    Step 1

    Prepare rice according to package directions. Stir in rice vinegar and let cool.

    Step 2

    In a bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, and sriracha. Mix until evenly coated.

    Step 3

    In a small bowl, mix cucumber with soy sauce.

    Step 4

    Use a food ring mold. Layer 1/4 cup rice on the bottom and press gently. Add a layer of cucumber mixture, followed by avocado. Top with the shrimp mixture.

    Step 5

    Garnish with sesame seeds, if using.
