Sausage, Egg & Bacon Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Jasmine Rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breakfast sausage, casing removed
  • 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp scallions, chopped

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Jasmine Rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breakfast sausage, casing removed
  • 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp scallions, chopped

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool.

  •  Step 2: In a medium pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add egg and scramble for 1 minute. Set aside.

  •  Step 3: Add remaining oil to pan and add sausage and bacon. Cook for 5 minutes, making sure to break up the meat clumps.

  •  Step 4: Add rice, soy sauce and pepper. Cook for 1 minute. Add in eggs and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped scallions.
