Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Pearl Couscous
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup English cucumber, small dice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
