Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare rice according to package directions.

  • Step 2: In a large pan, heat oil on medium heat. Add garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant, making sure not to burn. Add onions and steak and cook until onions are translucent, and beef is seared, about 5 minutes. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan with ingredients, cook in batches if need be.

  • Step 3: Add BBQ sauce, make sure to coat all ingredients with sauce. Remove from heat and add carrots, green onions and sesame seeds.

  • Step 4: Serve over a bed of rice.
