Step 3: Meanwhile, heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add blackberries, honey, lemon juice and water. Bring compote to a simmer, stir, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Divide rice pudding among 4 serving dishes. Top rice with compote and hazelnuts.
